SEO Fundamentals
Content + Context = Rankings
Most pages that struggle in search aren't badly written — they're missing context. This infographic breaks down the two ingredients every ranking page needs, and why neither one works without the other.
The short version
Content is what you say — the words, headings and answers on your page. It targets a keyword, satisfies search intent, and earns links and AI citations when it's genuinely useful.
Context is how and why you say it — who the page is for, where it sits in the search journey, and how it connects to a wider topic. It's what tells Google and AI engines that your page is relevant and trustworthy, and it's what strengthens E-E-A-T.
Put the two together and the same content does more: higher rankings, visibility inside AI answers from tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, and readers who stay longer and convert. Content earns the right to rank; context decides whether you actually do.
